Orders must be tried on, in the store, after 4:00 PM on the scheduled pickup date. Alterations and corrections will be ready the following day, after 4:00 PM. Orders are due back within 24 hours of use, or on the date specified on the receipt included with the order. Late returns will be subject to a $40 per day late fee. A $20 partial payment is required on all orders, and is non-refundable. Any orders cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup will be charged the full balance. Customer assumes the responsibility for late, lost, or stolen items, and any applicable charges may be automatically billed or charged to your credit card. Mad Tux is unable to accept checks as payment within 2 weeks of the pickup date.
